Attorney Marshall received her BA in English from San Diego State University in 2011, and has been focusing on civil litigation as a paralegal since 2012, and in May 2017 received a degree from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law. of Law, where she was on the Fall 2016 Juris Doctorate Law Honor Roll. On November 22, 2017, Attorney Marshall was officially sworn in as a California attorney.
During law school, Attorney Marshall interned at a litigation boutique and collaborated on an average of three to four trials a year. During this time, Attorney Marshall assisted his then-senior trial attorney in the preparation of about 10 jury trials. Additionally, she assisted in a large insurance fraud lawsuit requiring a two-stage trial. After a jury trial, the lawsuit was finally settled for more than $1 million.
After completing his studies, Attorney Marshall started litigating in the field of commercial and labor law, and then actively devoted himself to the field of personal injury. Attorney Marshall has practiced personal injury practice for plaintiffs since February 2019 and has independently completed three jury trials and one judge-trial case. Attorney Marshall has participated in hundreds of oral evidence collections, hearings and mediation sessions, and has extensive and professional experience in litigation and claims settlement.
